The barista courses and classes we offer at Chronicle Coffee Roasters are designed to help you confidently prepare and serve quality coffee – regardless of your experience. The sessions are small and hands-on to ensure everyone gets to take part. We aim to tailor our training to take you that little bit further in your quest for sharing perfection.

HOW TO BREW CHRONICLE COFFEE

With Chronicle coffee, we recommend that the ideal water temperature to brew a perfect coffee is 200 degrees Fahrenheit, or 93 degrees Celsius. Wait for 2 minutes after boiling.
