A direct trade relationship with the region of Chiapas Mexico, supporting coffee growers through giving back programs.
The Mexican coffee Tapachula Chiapas comes from the southwest region of Mexico bordering the Pacific Ocean. This area, called the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, was established in the 19th century by the Aztecs. The economic development of this region is strongly linked to coffee growing.
Coffee is grown at the foot of two volcanoes, the Tacana and El Triunfo, on plateaus that peak at 1500m. The richness of the volcanic grounds confers on this coffee's rare and exceptional organoleptic properties.
